Praxio Pricing

Practice Management Software Pricing Priced per person who uses it.

Every plan includes the client portal, document management, workflows, time capture and the audit log. Higher tiers add depth — WIP, quotes, financial periods, automation and SLA — not permission to use the basics.

Prices in USD. Client portal accounts are never charged.

Getting started

Quoted separately from the subscription, because the work is genuinely different between a three-person practice starting fresh and a forty-person firm bringing a decade of history. Enterprise agreements normally include onboarding and migration.

from $450

Onboarding & configuration

Firm workspace, practice entities, roles and data scopes, workflow templates, branding, tax configuration, invoice numbering and financial-period setup — configured with you, not handed over as a blank system.

from $900

Legacy data migration

Clients, jobs, documents and billing history imported through the staged CSV wizard, including CCH iFirm exports. Each stage is reviewed and approved before it commits.

from $250

Team training

Role-based sessions for partners, managers, accountants and administrators, plus a written internal guide covering your firm’s configured workflow.

Not included

Two things firms often ask about are not part of the platform, and we would rather you knew now than found out in week three. Online card payment is not live — invoices and balances are visible in the client portal, payments are recorded by your team, and a payment channel can be configured for your firm on request. Electronic signature is not part of the platform. Neither is billed for, and neither is counted in the comparison below.

Why this is priced differently from Servio Portals

Servio Portals is one flat price per workspace because a booking portal serves the business whether two people or twenty log in to manage it. Praxio is the opposite: it is the system every person in the firm works inside all day, and the software enforces a licence count against active and invited users. Charging a three-person practice and a sixty-person firm the same amount would be wrong in both directions.

Pricing questions

Why is Praxio priced per user when Servio Portals is one flat price?

Because the two products carry value differently. A booking portal is operated from a single administrator account and serves the business as a whole, so it is priced per workspace. A practice platform is used by every person in the firm, and the software enforces a licence count against active and invited users, so per-seat pricing matches how the product is actually consumed.

What counts as a user?

Any active or invited staff member with a back-office login. Client portal accounts are not users and are never charged — invite as many client contacts as you need.

What happens when we hit our licence count?

New invitations are blocked once active plus invited users would exceed the licence count, and administrators are warned at 90% utilisation before that happens. You add seats when you need them rather than discovering the limit mid-onboarding.

Is the annual discount worth it?

Annual billing is charged up front and works out to two months free against the month-to-month rate. If you are still evaluating, start monthly and switch — we will credit the difference at the point you commit.

Are onboarding and migration included?

They are quoted separately, because the work varies enormously between a three-person practice starting fresh and a forty-person firm bringing ten years of history. Onboarding starts at $450 and legacy migration at $900. Enterprise agreements normally include both.

Do you charge per client or per return?

No. Client counts are a plan limit, not a meter — the Practice tier includes 250 active clients and the Firm tier is unlimited. Your bill does not move with filing season.

Can we try it before committing?

Book a demo and we will walk through Praxio configured for the way your firm actually works — your engagement types, your review steps, your billing model.

Not sure which tier fits?

Tell us how many people are in the practice and how you bill. We'll tell you which plan you actually need — including when it is the cheaper one.
